Iridium provides bespoke in-house Leadership Development Programmes for a range of clients across a variety of sectors that have made an immediate impact on leadership performance by enhancing self awareness and awareness of others, freeing up time for leadership, enabling challenging conversations and facilitating an increase in self-confidence.

How can we help you?

A typical leadership development programme consists of a number of workshops spread over 3 to 12 months. Each programme is bespoke but often contains elements from our interpersonal skills workshops and often includes personality profiling such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Insights Discovery and may include some leadership team coaching and/or one to one executive coaching.
