A typical leadership development programme consists of a number of workshops spread over 3 to 12 months. Each programme is bespoke but often contains elements from our interpersonal skills workshops and often includes personality profiling such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Insights Discovery and may include some leadership team coaching and/or one to one executive coaching.
