Looking for Insights Discovery Accreditation? Wondering how to become an Insights Discovery Practitioner? We can help… Iridium HRD Consulting Limited is an Authorised Distributor for Insights Discovery and Insights Discovery Accreditation. We can work with you to get you accredited to become an Insights Discovery Practitioner. If you are an independent coach/trainer/consultant then you can become a Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner (LP) and if you work within an organisation you can become a Insights Discovery Client Practitioner (CP).
The Insights Discovery Accreditation (IDA) takes 4 days and can be completed in either a Face to Face or Virtual workshop. The training content includes an overview of the system, how to run a Insights Discovery training session and applications of Insights Discovery. The training is thorough and so you need to schedule the time free from interruptions. Please note that the face to face workshops get booked up very quickly.
Insights Discovery Accreditation workshops are run by Insights but all the paperwork is coordinated through us and once accredited you will then be able to purchase Insights Discovery profiles through us and have access to the online system for producing profiles, etc.
